ABSTRACT

This paper explores the quality characteristics of systems using artificial intelligence components, referencing existing work in this area from research, the private sector and the international standards community. It proposes a new quality model that considers existing work, and where applicable, proposes measures that may be appropriate for each quality characteristic.
